MRS-6 Maxi-Guard II Mercury Recovery Dry Critical Filter Tank Vacuums are lightweight emergency mercury dry-only cleanup units. Designed with high-quality stainless steel, the vacuums allow for safe, affordable cleanup of liquid mercury and mercury-contaminated soil and air. The model has a large-capacity activated carbon filter for eliminating toxic mercury vapors during the cleanup process. With a unique modular four-element system, these vacuums can be tailored to fit any application. They come with a tool kit to make cleaning up the debris easy. These vacuums are used mainly in technical laboratories, medical and dental labs, control rooms, dental offices, research laboratories, shipboard applications, instrument manufacturing facilities, and mining.
Mercury Recovery MRS-4 Vacuums with critical filters are designed with high-quality stainless steel 15-gallon tanks. The units feature a 115v AC/DC air-cooled motor. The U.L.P.A. filtration meets or exceeds the I.E.S.T.- RP-CC0007 specifications. An M.R.S. 4 vacuum comes with a lid assembly, stainless steel tank assembly, charcoal filter assembly, stainless steel adapter, and a water shutoff module. These units are used for wet-only mercury-contaminated liquids.
