  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu.

  2. What payment types do you accept?

    We currently accept PayPal and VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express (AMEX) credit cards. We also except payment by check (check payment may require a 10 to 15 day clearing period before shipping) or ACH bank transfer.

  3. Do you accept Non-US credit cards?

    We do not accept foreign credit cards. All credit cards used must have an US billing address. PayPal payments can be made for Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

  4. What are your shipping options?

  5. Can I use a freight forwarder for my shipment?

    We are unable to have our customers use their own freight forwarder. Not all items ship from our headquarters in Illinois for us to arrange this. We ship from various locations across the US.

  6. Can I change my shipping address?

    Once an item has shipped we are unable to change your shipping address. Most orders are processed and sent to one of our various shipment locations the same day the order is placed. Address request changes can be requested within the first 24 hours after an order is placed but are not guaranteed.

  7. Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?

    Our company policy is that all orders placed with a different billing/shipping address are flagged and put on hold until we can verify that the order is valid. This is done for both the consumer and the vendor's protection. If we are unable to verify the information, or if you'd like to speed up the process, we can ship to the billing address. All PayPal orders MUST ship to the address listed on your PayPal account.

  8. When will I get my order?

    Lead times vary for each products on our website - most items ship within 24-72 business hours (Monday-Friday) after order processing is complete. As soon as tracking information is available, it will be emailed over to you so that you can follow your package.

  9. Can I use my own shipping account number?

    We are sorry but at this time we do not offer that option.
