Glycerin-based grill and griddle cleaner for use in institutions and commercial kitchens. Fast acting formula easily removes grease and build-up. Non-flammable, non-toxic and safe to use on hot surfaces. No need to shut down the grill.

Directions: Pour the contents of one pack over hot griddle surface. Immediately spread GrillMate over entire surface and scrub as needed. Then, wipe or scrape into grease trap. Turn off griddle. Rinse surface and wipe clean with a thick damp cloth. Apply a thin coating of liquid shortening to prevent surface from rusting.

Ingredients: The primary ingredients in GrillMate are glycerine, water, potassium and sodium carbonates, and food coloring.
