Rack projects 14” out from the wall. Material: 0.23” (6mm) #304 stainless steel wire & 0.063” (1.6mm) 304 stainless steel sheet. Electro-plated after manufacturing. Electroplated 304 stainless steel stands up to punishing temperatures, the material’s protective oxide layer helps prevent the formation of rust that could contaminate foods and is made to withstand daily cleaning with bleaches, common acids, bases and solvents used for sanitizing food plants.
